With us, you’ll have three amazing trip booking options. First, we prioritize private trips, perfect for individuals or groups of friends and families. Second, we let you customize the existing trip, just as you want it to be. And the third, tailor-made trips, any trips you dreamt of embarking on in the Himalayas.

Flexible Private Trips
Our private trips are flexible. You confirm the date, and we schedule the trip. It’s that simple.
At NepTrek, we don’t organize group trekking. It’s because we believe that private trips offer a unique experience to the travellers. This is also a reason why we don’t have scheduled fixed departures.
Our private trips have a flexible group size, from a solo trekker to a group of 10 at most. We try to limit the group size to 10.
To book the private trips, we encourage you to make an inquiry first. Our manager assesses your inquiry and curates a private trip. And once you’re locked in, we’ll provide our bank account details, which you can use to pay the advance confirmation fee.
Please note that the trip price we quote is fixed with no hidden costs.
How to Customize a trip?
At NepTrek, we value your personal choices and preferences. Our standard trip styles may not be perfect for your needs. Hence, we prioritize your preferences and let you customize the trip, exactly like you want it to be.
You can request trip customization via Inquire Now, which sends your inquiry directly to our manager. And from there, we’ll establish communication and work out the preferred trip and its customization.
Another way to customize a trip is by visiting our Contact Us page. The steps are simple: just fill in your personal details and message the request for customization.
Once the trip gets finalized, we’ll send you our bank account details for manual trip booking. And after you make the advance confirmation payment, we’ll send you invoices and other trip details.
