The next step after you’re confirmed and finalize the trip is the advance confirmation payment. Here’s how you can make the payment for your preferred trip and style.
Pay for Private Trips
Most of our trips are private, rather than fixed departures. Thus, the payment method for now is manual.
After we finalize the itinerary and trip details, we’ll provide you with a final locked-in trip price. With this, you must transfer 30% non-refundable or 50% refundable advance confirmation fee.
For this, we’ll provide you with our valid bank account details.
Customized or Tailor-made Trip’s Payment
Travellers who wish to book their customized or tailor-made trips can pay an advance confirmation fee via a secure bank transfer. Once you’re confirmed and locked-in with the trip details, we’ll send you our bank account details via email or WhatsApp.
Cash Payment
You can pay the remaining trip amount upon arrival in Kathmandu. We accept USD cash or locally acceptable currencies.
