North to Pokhara and South to Machhapuchhre sits this unique vantage point at 3,245 meters altitude. Rather than a high-altitude trekking, it’s more about a multi-day hike. The best view at Khumai lies at Korchan Hill, a vantage point in Khumai.

One hour scenic walk from the tea house in Khumai takes you to Korchan Hill. The surreal views of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, and Mardi Himal make the landscape a true mountain haven.

You’ll trek down to Ghachowk and drive to Pokhara on day 3 to end this trek/hike.

Gokyo Lakes Trek

Everest region treks like Everest Base Camp Trek and Everest Three Passes Trek are demanding. However, Gokyo Lakes Trek can be the ultimate adventure if you want a wholesome Everest experience and embark on a less demanding trek.

Like all Everest region treks, Gokyo Lakes Trek starts with a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. From Lukla, you’ll trek to Phakding and Namche Bazaar before leaving the Everest Base Camp Trek route from Sanasa to Dole, Machhermo, and Gokyo.
